This week, I am joined by psychotherapist and performance coach, Tara Miller. Tara brings together over a decade of experience in clinical practice and trauma therapy for all ages with the neuroscience of advanced level Self Regulation Therapy training, to write, speak, present, and coach on nervous system strategies for resilience.
