Podcast Ep 14: The Power of Metacognition & Living a Fulfilling Life w/ Ranbir Puar

Since 2009 TEDx speaker, author, and Life Strategies Coach, Ranbir Puar, has been helping adults and children break free of their limiting beliefs by providing the tools to tap into their inner strength and silence their inner critics. And this week, she joined me on the podcast. She is the creator of the popular “Today I Practice” life strategies app, hoping to enable individuals to break free and reach their full potential. Her work has garnered global recognition, and she has been prominently featured in numerous publications, including Forbes.

Listen as Ranbir and I discuss personal excellence, mediocrity, tech dependency, and resilience.

Ranbir’s Attention Method - Jumping jacks! The great thing about jumping jacks is they make you so big; your physiology changes, and your brain gets signals that you're big, and you're confident, and you're capable. And - they make you almost out of breath. They help you focus on breathing without focusing on your breathing. So that allows you to bring attention to the present moment.
